Digital Catapult has developed MLOps assessment resources as part of the BridgeAI Programme
(“Resources”). When you download the Resources from the Digital Catapult website the following

Digital Catapult is working with Innovate UK, Innovate UK KTN, Hartree Centre (STFC), Alan Turing
Institute and British Standards Institution (“Programme Partners”) on the BridgeAI Programme, of which
these Resources are a part.
By registering to access and download the Resources, I agree that my personal data can be shared with
and used by each of the Programme Partners, each of which is individually (not jointly) a Controller.
Each Programme Partner is individually responsible to you for how it respectively stores, uses and
processes your personal data in accordance with that Programme Partner’s privacy policy. One
Programme Partner is not responsible to you for another Programme Partner’s storage, use or
processing of your data. Actions taken by one Programme Partner (e.g. deleting personal data) will be
independent of another Programme Partner. If you need to make a data request, please make such
request directly to the relevant Programme Partner(s). Each Programme Partner’s privacy policy can be
found at the web addresses listed below.
Programme Partners will use your submitted information for the purposes of monitoring and evaluation
and assessing the impact of the Resources, maintaining and using a BridgeAI Programme CRM system,
and contacting you in relation to other Programme activities. Programme Partners may also contact you
for feedback or research purposes. If you’ve signed up to allow a Programme Partner to stay in contact,
they may also contact you regarding other activities and events they hope to be of interest to you.
If you are applying on behalf of another person, you are confirming their acknowledgement and consent
to these terms.
